Return & Refund Policy

At FurEase, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Certain items may not be eligible for return if they are damaged due to misuse.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
